When the push- pull knob is pulled up, one of the two coils of a humbucking pickup is grounded out, producing a single- coil sound (so, down=humbucker, up=single- coil). How does the Push- Pull work with the Duncan Designed P9. This pickup is wired in Series/Parallel on a push- pull tone pot. With the knob in the 'down' position, it is wired in Series. Series will give you more of a Humbucker- like tone that will have more mid- range and hotter output. With the knob in the 'up' position, it is wired in Parallel. Parallel will give you the most P9. What should I use to maintain the finish? We use a polyester finish. This finish is safe for rubber stands and hangers. Any standard guitar cleaner will work. We use Meguiar's Mirror Glaze Professional Final Inspection 3. This works great for cleaning the hardware as well. I have a satin finish on my instrument. What should I use to clean it?
